Animal Control
  • Assist in assessing animals for adoption
  • Work at new shelter grooming and socializing animals
Boulder City TV (BCTV)
  • Participate in community or self-directed television productions
City Clerk's Office
  • Join Council appointed Boards and Commissions
Community Development
  • Agenda mailings
  • Answer the telephone
  • Assemble agenda packets
  • Assist with construction plans, permit applications, etc.
  • Assist with imaging and microfilming process
  • Collaborate with the Community Development Director and Building Official on projects as they arise
Municipal Court
  • Accounts receivables
  • Answer the telephone
  • Assist with court calendar
  • Conduct and tabulate surveys

Parks & Recreation
  • Art Center - data entry, copying, general office duties
  • Fitness Center - collect fees, data entry, demonstrate fitness equipment; on-call status or 2-hour scheduled shifts available for volunteers.

  • Assist with special projects or events
  • Copy various documents
  • Post flyers at various locations in town
  • Work 2-6 hours per month or more as needed.

  • Check and repair all holiday decorations (October of each year)
  • Litter removal in parks, medians and parkways
  • Weed removal at City cemetery, along sidewalks and in flood control channels
