The Boulder City Municipal Airport offers flight services for both private and commercial airplanes. It is a general aviation facility serving the air transportation needs of the citizens of Boulder City and the surrounding communities. The Airport recently held a safety meeting. The Boulder City Municipal Airport Master Plan and Layout Plan were approved by the FAA on May 2, 2006. See links to the lower left for more information. The Nevada Department of Transportation Office of Airport Planning has recently released Nevada General Aviation Airport Economic Impact Study for the Boulder City Municipal Airport. It is available as a Adobe Acrobat PDF file here. The Airport staff can provide important information relating to Airport coordinates, runway specifications, other services and aviation weather. The Boulder City Municipal Airport is used by pilots and passengers for personal, business and recreational flying activities and also offers other aeronautical services such as charter and air taxi flights, flight training, parachuting, emergency medical evacuation and transport. The Airport offers the community aviation and economic benefits and is a symbol of pride for the City of Boulder City and its citizens.
