Administrative personnel work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday. Line Personnel work a 3 platoon/24 hour shift 56 hour work week (1 captain, 1 engineer, and 4 firefighter/paramedics). Reserve Fire Fighters are paid for time worked, required training, and for special events coverage (must serve a minimum of 48 hours per month with the department).
