Boulder City offers its residents complete utility services, including electric, water, sewer and refuse collection. All of these services are billed to residents by the Utility Office. The Utility Office has helpful and important information relating to residential and commercial electric, water and sewer rates, refuse rates, recycling and utility billing payment policies.
Through the Utility Office, the City of Boulder City issues various types of licenses and permits, including business, liquor and animal licenses, and garage sale permits.
