Revisions to approved plans are accepted if the final inspection has not been completed. Changes after the final inspection require a new application to alter the current system. Additional fees apply. Refer to the primary fee schedule for more information.
The plan revision package must include:
1 copy of the previously approved plan
3 copies of a completed application
3 copies of the revised plans with the changes clearly clouded along with a narrative of the changes for the Plans Reviewer
The minimum base plan review fee for a revised submittal is $50 (this is dependant on the review) and must be paid at the time of submittal. A plan submittal may also be assessed escalating fees that are due after the plan has been reviewed.
