Boulder City Fire Department, HAZMAT and Police Department crews have cleared the scene of an explosion and small fire at a commercial building at 14555 S. US-95. The incident started around 9:30 this morning. Six employees were injured; four were treated at the scene, two were transported to area hospitals. Thank you to Henderson Fire Department, Community Ambulance and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for assisting at the scene. OSHA and the Clark County Building Inspector are continuing their investigations at this time.

The calls started coming into dispatch around 9:30 a.m. The building has been evacuated. There is a small fire showing at this time. Initial reports say one person has minor injuries; HAZMAT and Henderson Fire Department are also on scene at this time. Updates as they become available.
