NOTE FOR CONTRACTORS

Boulder City is not part of the Las Vegas Valley multi-jurisdictional license, therefore you will have to contact our Business Licensing Department to verify you have a Boulder City business license to do work in Boulder City. This must be completed so that you can also find your business in the contractors list when applying for permits.

OWNER BUILDERS

Only applies if you are the owner and reside at the residential property and will act as your own contractor. Know your responsibilities as an owner-builder by visiting the NV Contractors Board at https://www.nvcontractorsboard.com/resources/owner-builder-information/

Section 106.2.1 EMERGENCY REPAIRS

Where equipment replacements and repairs must be performed in an emergency situation, the permit application shall be submitted to the Building Official within the next working business day.
