Boulder City Employees
Boulder City currently employs 171 full time employees and nearly 200 part time employees. The majority of our part-time employees are seasonal, servicing the community in the City's Parks and Recreation Department. The City of Boulder City offers excellent benefits to eligible employees.

Department Responsibilities
The Human Resources Department provides a system of personnel administration consistent with recruiting, selection, training, labor/management relations, contract administration, Civil Service Rules and Regulations administration, worker's compensation administration, and classification and compensation administration.
