Paying Your Bill Online
Late Fees are 5% of any unpaid balance on a bill. If you are disconnected for non-payment a $60 reconnection fee will be applied to the bill and all past due balances must be paid before service can be reconnected. Reconnection of services can take up to 24 hours. We encourage anyone with past due balances to make payment arrangements with the Utility Billing office. However, failure to make payment arrangements or failure to comply with the terms of an arrangement will result in disconnection of services and all past due amounts must be paid. Also, if you fail to meet the terms of a payment arrangement, you will not be allowed to make future arrangements for 6 months.
New online payment system is now available!
We are introducing our new Utilities Access program over the next couple of months. Beginning January 1st Utilities Access will replace our current citizen self service program, but in the meantime you can signup and enjoy the new features:

General Billing includes Airport Hangars, Land Leases, and Communication Site Leases. Soon that list will be expanded to include Building Permits and Public Works permits.
